Dr. Sarah Rodfar is a board certified chiropractor and clinical acupuncture provider. She graduated from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2009 and also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Toronto. Dr. Rodfar’s primary objective is providing exceptional care for her patients by overcoming injury, achieving optimal physical performance and sustaining wellness. She employs many modern evidenced based techniques to provide a wide variety of treatments specifically designed for each individual.
This includes but is not limited to chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue release techniques, acupuncture, joint mobilization/traction, kinesio-taping, MRT, and Gua Sha Technique - an instrument assisted tool helping soft tissue fibrosis or chronic inflammation. She also engages in nutritional consultation, exercise prescription, ergonomic advice, and patient education. Dr. Rodfar has had the opportunity to work in many rehabilitative settings from acute to chronic care. This has provided her with the experience to work with a wide array of individuals facing various health challenges.
These include, but are not limited to pregnancy related pain, paediatric care, spine related issues (e.g., disc, stenosis), Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) injuries, workplace injuries (WSIB), sports injuries, postural dysfunction, arthritic conditions, post-operative orthopaedics , traumatic orthopaedics (e.g., fractures), as well as repetitive strain injuries. Dr. Rodfar is a mother of one; she loves to work out and engages in a healthyclean diet. She is fluent in English and can carry out a dialogue in Farsi.
